Multiple crash...frequency flucuates

I've got a problem with a repetitive crash.  Looking on the forums, I see everything but the type of crash i'm experiencing. Sometimes I can play for HOURS, and other times I crash multiple times in an hour. Windows event log isn't much help other than just telling me the game crashed (no *...) ... here is the entry:

AMD FX-8350 Turbo 4.2GHz

32GB DDR3 1866 RAM

Radeon R9 390X

Windows 10 Education

Usual CPU usage = 15-20% during play

Usual RAM usage = 10-15% during play

It seems to only be this game. SimCity works fine, Ark works fine as well as Rust... all more resource intensive games than BF4  I've tried reinstalling the game... that didn't help. Reboots... didn't help and if this is a known problem then why the hell hasn't EA/Dice fixed it yet...

Run command prompt as Admin and enter a commands:

ECHO Y | CHKDSK C: /F /X

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /spsuperseded /hidesp
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase

SFC /SCANNOW
(if it find some errors - restart PC)

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

(if it find some errors - restart PC)

try to disable "Origin in game" feature for BF4 and try to play

in game settings u use Mantle or DX11 API graphics? If u use Mantle - dont use it, change to DX11 and try to play

if u use CrossFire, try to disable it in AMD driver settings for testing and try to play

CHKDSK ran...rebooted twice

DISM doesn't find any service pack backup files so it doesn't complete...

SFC shows no integrity violations...

Game is already set to run in DX11 mode, I guess I'll try Mantle...

I only have a single GPU so crossfire isn't being used...

I also usually run in Windowed mode... so I am trying Fullscreen

Any other ideas?

Hmm, why i see two record about gpu in log? give a screenshot of related section in device manager.

also try this:

- Make clean boot

- close/disable any programs like this
- go to services and run PnkBstrA.exe service (if it not running already)

- try to play on DX11

Not closing AV and AM programs... I sit behind an enterprise grade Adtran router, but still not taking that risk.  I have been playing in Windowed/DX11 since original install.  I tried Mantle/Fullscreen to see if it makes any difference.  I'll update the post when it crashes again.

in many cases some of AV and AM programs may cause such problem...

So I'm thinking it really is dependent on which server(s) I join which doesn't make much sense if I'm the only one in the server crashing.  I regularly play in about 4-5 different servers, and of those only 2 servers give me frequent crashes.  The others are stable for hours upon hours. I even did a BF4 repair and shut off my AV and I still got same results.

on some servers or some maps? Hmm...

Discard any cpu, gpu, ram overclocking.

Also try to reinstall vc++

a) all install run as Admin;
b) before install this, delete all already installed versions;
c) if you have x64 OS, you'd install x32 and x64 packages of all versions:

VC2005 (хххххх80.dll), VC2008 (хххххх90.dll), VC2010 (ххххх100.dll),

VC2012 (ххххх110.dll), VC2013 (ххххх120.dll), VC2015 (ххххх140.dll)

And delete NVIDIA PhysX, and install this
