Missing battlepack items and dogtag.

Dear EA,

If you check my account phailbus2013 (Sergeant_RocK13) ,

1)  The game gave me error messages in a couple of battlepacks that I opened for the Mare's Leg.

I didn't get the JGM-4 and flash hider.   I've got my 500 kills with it.

Also,

2) I just got my 500th kill with the M32 MGL and didn't get my dog tag.

Would you please fix the above errors.
