Missing Battlepacks Glitch

So I think it has something to do with the recent fifty revives battlepack I redeemed, because since then, my battle packs come two levels behind and I completely missed two of them. I hit rank 71 and didn't get a battle pack and then 72 and didn't get a battle pack. Then I hit rank 73 and got my battle pack for hitting 71. Now I've hit 75 and gotten my rank 73 battle pack and I refreshed and refreshed and quit my game and reloaded and I'm still missing battle packs and still behind two levels. Anyone else had this issue? Any fixes?
