Memory Leak

I keep getting memory leaks when playing.  I had no issues when the game came out.  I played for a couple months and then took about a year break.   Some days I can play with no issues, some days I can't play a single game.  I have a Radeon HD7950 and a amd fx(tm)-8350 eight-core processor.  I used Poolman.exe and found the driver tag (MINI) but don't which driver it corresponds to.  Any known fixes?
