Map Expansion Packs

I entered the code for the expansion packs and it "redeemed" the code. Nothing downloaded and I cannot find the maps.

I had the same exact problem on my PS3! I didn't get a download message after I entered my code.

Is anyone else playing the campaign and running into weird stuff like in the first mission where the you start to walk outside for a bit and one of the guys give you a set of binoculars, and all these lines and abstract graphic details happen with the floors above your waist and stuff like that? I'm playing on the ps3.
