Major Issue With Battlefield 4 Assignments HELP!!

Why does some of the awards not unlock? Even though I've done the requirements. It was the same for the phantom assignment It would not count my kills now its doing it for the Eagles Nest Assignment. Why is this is it a bug or something??

Unlocking Rewards in Assignments 

Just played a round on firestorm got sniper ribbon plus the 5 kills from the tower, I go on Awards after match just to find its not counted either of them little miffed.
