Lost all BF4 unlocks after buying new PS4

After buying a new Playstation 4 last week and logging in to Battlefield 4 online, I noticed that all of my unlocked guns have disappeared. I had guns loadouts containing the Bulldog and Dessert Eagle on my assault class that are no longer showing as unlocked.

are you using the same Playstation Network ID ?

if yes

have you checked Battlelog, does it state your unlocked weapons/equipment as unlocked ? 

could just be a refreshing problem ( player profile save data ) 

you can also try to get to the playstation + cloud and try to retrieve the "player profile save data" from your cloud saves

I have the same problem at the moment and I'm stuck. Any ideas?

Battlelog shows that I still have them all unlocked. But the game says that they are locked

Might just be a delay in info getting over to the new consoles or try this and see if that can help https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
