Loss of weapons and unlocks

When I enter my battlefield game after not playing for a while it seems to reset my online multiplayer stats and I am really annoyed about this! I Want everything back and for this to be answered properly and not dodge like most questions otherwise I will file a complaint about the company. This needs sorting or I want my money back.
