Live Chat never loading

Hey guys, i'm trying to recover my security question, but when i go to the live chat, it keeps loading and it never puts me in a room with a EA worker, someone know how to fix it?

I would clear your cookies, reload the page, make sure your microphone or video settings are not blocking a connection nor your firewall.
