Large PING fluctuations

Hi guys, 

I have really anoying PING issues. When I choose a server, PING is around 30 so I join. But when I play, my PING is varying from 30 to 100, 200 or even 900 in a few seconds, then back to normal, etc. I have constant lags because of that and it's ruining my game . I have two homes and it happend only at one of them, so I guess it's because of the connection, but it works perfectly for any other things I do...

To Ping EA follow these steps,

1)Press Win+R, in the box type CMD and hit enter
2)Type into CMD 'ping easo.ea.com'
3)Hit enter and await results.

i have same problem with bf3

my ping shows 50s at browser but after entering game it comes to 700 ms or 1100 ms in minute.

i cant play regularly or admin kicks.

my isp said no problem with connection.

i enabled npapi manually for chrome

win 7 ultimate

modem us robotics 9114 (5 years old)

i was playing game for 5 monts it just started 2 weeks ago.

any ping or trace shows no problem.

problem starts after entering game in 30 seconds.

no problem at my internet connection speed download upload normal as expected only bf3 has problem...

Hello,

Could you please do a speedtest in order to test speed and quality of your connection? Other than that you could call your ISP and ask for a port reset.

speedtest no problem isp called reset no problem.modem reset update
