Jet and Arrow Keys

I use the arrow keys, not WASD. I have throttle up and throttle down bound to Up and Down respectively. I have only mouse bound to pitch. However in jets, the arrow keys default to pitching the jet up and down despite the keys not being bound. They also throttle up and down at the same time. I have the same config for helicopters and do not experience this problem.

No help? Expected as much.

After a bit of testing, it seems there are a lot of hard-coded presets for the jet. When I tried customizing my 360 controller for it, even if I unbound joystick controls for EVERYTHING BUT JET, right trigger still fired, left bumper fired counter measures, even though I had right trigger to throttle up and left bumper to yaw left. They did both things at once. Also, I couldn't yaw left while holding down my left trigger.
