Im being kicked for no reason after about 5seconds in game every time i join

Please help me. I cannot play online. When i have been kicked it stands: 

Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'Alfi88

Whats that supposed to mean??!!! Its realy annoying and i dont know how to fix this, please help.
