I received an email from amd:
Dear Customer,
You had reported an issue with the Catalyst 13.11 Beta driver which involved Battlefield 4 crashing after experiencing a severe memory leak.
We continue to investigate this issue.
Since Battlefield 4 is launched via Battlelog on a browser, what browser (name and version) are you using ?
If you launch the game via a browser other than the default browser you are currently using, does the problem continue ?
I appreciate your feedback and thank you, in advance, for your cooperation.
Regards

Thanks for answering
I enter the game from Chrome browser version
31.0.1650.63 and always close the browser, the browser during the game
is closed, no matter which browser you use firefox, explorer etc has
nothing to do with the browser. Memory loss is always on every map
change goes up to 95% and you have to restart the pc. I have used all
versions beta drivers and continuous loss of memory. It is in the AMD
HD5000 and AMD HD6000 series mainly with Windows 8.1. Sometimes in some
nvidia but very few. For more information you can check this link is
all well detailed.

Did todays patch do anything for this?

Nope, leak still there.
Patch Notes:

same for me. mem leak still there.
I continue with the stock windows 8.1 drivers for my hd5770 because the mem leak bug happens less frequently than with the AMD beta drivers

Sending support request to AMD now, hope they will seriously start looking into it soon
How can they say that "they didn’t receive much reports related to this issues recently" mean problem is solved.
What it really mean is they are losing a lot of loyalty customers because many people just buy Nvidia instead. Orz

Even after the latest patch (16 dec) I've still got the growing NP pool issue. After 2 maps my game becomes unplayable due to swapping. This causes heavy stuttering and freezing. I'm also worried this will ruin my SSD due to excesive swapping activity.
The only way to fix this for me is using Windows 7 compatability mode, but I want to use the DX 11.1 features and optimizations.

That's it! I've got enough!
I'm gonna solve the problem by bying a nvidia gtx770. AMD? Never again!
