DICE/EA have yet to officially acknowledge this issue.
I would just return the game.
Up thread, repii (Johan Andersson from the Frostbite team at DICE) responded, and seemed to imply it's an AMD issue. So it's kind of been acknowledged, although I'd like to see it added to their fix list they publicized yesterday.
Where has he responded? Would like to see it before I update.

It's really tiring to have to restart every time this happens...
It seems the only solution that works for me is to leave the game before the map switches, which means I never get to play a full round...
http://puu.sh/5JlOz.png is the memory usage for me when it happened, all in the NP pool

Update 3: AMD posted on their forum that: "Just a short update. We continue to work closely with DICE to find a solution to this problem."

thanks friend, this topic will be useful to make them work faster on a possible solution! and only helps for those still having ta I could fix, ie only giving this leak only occasionally now, hardly ever, you have to limit virtual memory in Windows Performance tab(windows + pausebreak) for 400 min and 4000 max! it helps a lot!

Thanks for the thread, carbonic!
After the Dec 9th-Patch the memory leaks seem to have gotten even worse for me. Yesterday, it happened three times in four hours of playing. I cannot make out a specific line of events that leads to the leak. Sometimes it happens on the first server joined, on the second map or so. Sometimes not until four, five, six servers and several rounds. Also no specific weapons/classes/modes/maps etc. Completely random.
Tried the Network-fixes mentioned on Reddit, didn't work. Tried Compatibility-Mode, didn't work, rolled back to Catalyst 13.11 Beta 8, didn't work. Changed the NonPagedPool-Size in the Registry to 256, didn't work.
My configuration:
Windows 8.1 x64 (Windows update runs automatically)
Radeon HD6900
Intel i5 2.500k @3.3 GHz
16GB RAM
All the Catalyst-Beta-drivers since the BF4-Release (Beta 8 up to 9.5)
Nothing overclocked or otherwise customized.

So I tried running the game in Windows 7 compatibility mode with Disable display scaling no high DPI settings checked and I was able to play a good 4 games straight in conquest large.
The memory leak happened most to me on TDM though...

After watching task manager open on my second monitor, this problem appears right at the start of the round. If the problem occurs, it happens when the between rounds status screen disappears and the next map starts to load, the non-paged pool figure starts to climb at several Mb/s and does not stop until RAM is full and it starts swapping to disk. If you quit the game, the non-paged pool stops climbing but is not released.

My specs and a little info:
Win 8.1 x64 Pro
Radeon 6970 (latest beta drivers as of now)
ASUS p8z77-V LE
NDU fix applied (only didn't get leak once I also put on win7 compat)
I do not use the included realtek drivers that come with Windows, I installed the latest realtek drivers for audio and network card back in October.
NDU + Windows 7 compat mode + dpi scaling disabled had me playing for nearly 2 weeks without ever getting a leak, but performance was lower and since the latest patch I took off Win7 compat mode and the DPI setting and have been getting it again after 2-4 maps of playing (usually notice right away after a new round starts that it's starting to happen).
Overall I'm getting bored of this game with mobile AAs hiding in their deployment raping every air vehicle with ease, at this rate DICE will never get around to actually balancing anything since it takes them 6 weeks to acknowledge 1 damn problem and start working on it apparently. I've left off Win7 compat mode cuz I only play a few maps at a time now and more or less able to avoid it.
P.S. thx to carbonic for doing EA/DICE's job for them. We all paid to be beta testers and apparently we have to be tech support too cuz the powers that be sure as hell aint putting any effort into working with the community unless they are posting some nonsense about how they care and are fixing stuff before moving onto other projects...while releasing china rising on schedule.....lol

I have done a couple of thing, now the problem is gone.
BF4 in Win7 Compability mode
CCC.exe in Win7 Compability mode (this was a key factor for me)
Disbled NDU
Updated Realtek Ethernet drivers.
Memory rises to about 4.5GB when in game, and then releases 700MB down to 3.8GB, and the following map is goes up again to 4.5GB.
Solid as a rock now, but i noticed some loss in FPS, and some less smoother gameplay with this fixes.
NP is around 112-116MB constantly
Paged pool around 250-300MB.
And when i exit the game the system hogs around 2GB of memory..
Radeon 6970
8GB RAM
Intel Core i7
Running on Win8 all patched but not upgraded to 8.1.
Probably i have done more than i tell here, but nothing that i can remember right now, many late hours cursing over DICE/EA/AMD and reading forums and trying to fiddle self.
