I preordered BF4 on Walmart but never received any DLC code for china rising

As title says, Where do I get the DLC code if I preordered my game on walmart. they told me it was in the card itself but never worked

Is this issue going to be resolved at all? I pre ordered my bf4 from kmart and it said that I was supposed to get china rising as well but I never received a code.
