I need help with premium

I recently just got bf4 for 360, I had it before when it first came out but sold it, then I got an Xbox one with bf4 and had bought premium, on my battle log it shows premium status for both consoles, in game though it doesn't give me premium access, do I have to rebuy premium?

Try to download it from the Xbox Store again.
