I have premium but can't play china rising bf4 ps4

So I have premium and I downloaded china rising but it seems like I never got to play the 4 new maps that is released. Please help me!!

It is a known issue for some time now.It actually started straight after the release of CR DLC

Repost in this link to create awareness so EA will know the problems you have after you downloaded China Rising and provide a patch for it faster.

Yeah, I have paid for PREMIUM, BF4, PS4, PSN, and I expected early access to CHINA RISING as a BONUS, BUT, the maps show up in the server browser but they are all empty and I cant access the maps what so ever on the game

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

Fill that out anyway you want, on the next page click I still need help, and have someone call you (make sure you have plenty of time on your hands to wait for a call, also make sure you stay next to your computer)

Once you get on the phone with someone, explain to them that you need them to fix your account. The majority of the people who have this problem pre-ordered BF4, then later bought premium.

So you will need to tell them this, and have them take Premium, the pre-order and all the DLC off your account and just reissue BF4 and Premium to your account.

Make sure you explain to them your issue, and tell them this is how others have fixed this same problem.

Mike (from CS) and I have figured out that what the problem is, is that since you pre-ordered BF4 you got CR for free, so on your account you have a CR that unlocks for you to play on the 17th of DEC. You also have the premium CR, which is (EARLY ACCESS) what you should be able to play now.

The two are conflicting, and origin thinks that you don't have access to CR yet because you're not a premium member.

Once they change your account, you should see on your account under game info of BF4 that, you have just 1 China Rising and Premium logos are fully colored (meaning you have them downloaded) and the rest of the upcoming DLC is greyed out.

Then restart origin completely, right click on BF4 and "REPAIR INSTALL" once this is repaired you should be able to play on CR servers.

ONCE AGAIN: MAKE SURE THE CS AT EA TAKES OFF ALL YOUR DLC, BF, AND PREMIUM FROM YOUR ACCOUNT AND REISSUES BF4 AND PREMIUM TO YOUR ACCOUNT. YOU CAN SEE WHAT YOU HAVE ON YOUR ACCOUNT BY RIGHT CLICKING ON BF4 IN ORIGIN AND CLICKING ON GAME INFO AND SCROLLING DOWN.

1. Log out and fully exit Origin
2. Open your Registry Editor - Type in regedit in the Search Menu and press Enter
3. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Wow6432Node > EA Games > Battlefield 4
4. Check for a folder named Xpack1 under the Battlefield 4 folder
If it exists -> Click on Xpack1, on the right pane see if there is a string named Installed. Double click on Installed string and set the Value data to True
If it does not exists -> Right-click on Battlefield 4 select New then select Key
- a new folder will be created, name it Xpack1
- right-click on Xpack1 > New > String Value > name this string Installed
- on the right-pane, double-click on Installed, set Value Data to True
5. Exit Registry Editor

One PS4 do the following:  (Make Sure BF4 Application is closed as this is what i did)

Go to Settins - PSN - Restore Licenses. 

Hit Restore, afterwards run BF4 and as soon as the main menu loads you should get a prompt that says " China Rising Expansion Unlocked" or something.  It worked for me. 

Prior to this it kept prompting me to download the DLC after downloading it.

Well I had the same issue on PS3.. All I did was go to the PlayStore amd download them that way. I'm currently downloading them now actually. Im not sure if that was ypur problem or not bit I suggest trying that if you haven't done anything yet
