I got banned and I never did anything wrong/forbidden

Hey there!

A while ago, I got banned and BF4 and now I can't play on any Server that uses PBBans.

It's very anoying, because alot of times I just can't join my friends.

I never used any bots or hacks. On the PBBans site it says that my location was in the Ukraine, however I've never been to the Ukraine and I'm always playing in Germany.

I already appealed the ban, but the Even Balance Staff doesn't really seem to care. Is there any way I can fix this? If not, can I get my money back? I won't buy another Version of Battlefield just because they made a mistake! Will this ban still be present in Battlefield 5?

Here's my Battlelog message:

"Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'AdrnF' (for 1200 minutes) ... PBBans.com enforced a Cross Game MBi Ban for the GUID 94757d45. [Admin Decision]"

@AdrnF Your ban was a cross game ban. This ban carried from BF3 to BF4, as BF supports PB cross game ban system.

This means you will be banned in BF Hardline, if your ban is not removed and your appeal fails.

Unluckily nothing can be done from here. AHQ isn't about ban disputes, and Punkbuster is a third party program anyway, so appeals can only be done via evenbalance (just like you did it).

That aside, if it's a 1200-minute ban, you should be unbanned after 20 hours. Maybe your ban simply expired already?
