I bought the game in DVD, and when I was starting the download, Origin asked me for the product key. I looked at the game case and found the key, but when I`ve inputted it and agreed with those contracts, it said the key was already used! I don`t know what to do. Should I talk to the store or here at Origin?

Go ahead and contact EA Support at http://help.ea.com/en/battlefield/battlefield-4/ (Via Live Chat or a call back at the number you provide (certain countries only) before taking it back to the store. They may be able to assist.

Did you buy it new or used. If it is new, contact EA, used go back to the store and they should give you a new product key.
