Hi! I hacked, I remember login, ID, and the question and replies to the secret question and all, can I restore your account origin and how?

If you still have access to the registered email address you can reset your password by clicking the link below the password field when logging in. This will send a mail to your registered email address with further instructions. If you don't have access to your email address anymore, you'll have to contact a Game Advisor for further assistance.

 

1 Click on the following link: https://help.ea.com/contact-us

2 Click on the blue button "Contact a Game Advisor"

3 Enter the name of your game or product (or "Origin" for account-related issues) and click "Find Solutions"

4 Select the type of issue and the platform you play on, and click on "Find Solutions" again.

5 Click on the blue button "I still need help" if the FAQ articles do not apply to your situation.

6 Select a contact option. Note that you may get different contact options depending on your country or time of day.

Hi EA, i almost have the same problem just i don't have access to the mail adress i linked my origin and EA account with because that mail adress got hacked, i do know the games that i have on it and my ID and the mail adress, just i can't change my password since i can't login to that mail adress, i would LOVE to play again on battlefield 4 and others games that i had on that account pls help me.

This thread is a bit old, so the steps above might not be the same. You'll need to get in contact with one of our Game Advisors to address this issue.

 

Please follow this link and the following steps: http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/

 

1. Select Origin as the product

2. Select your platform

3. For Topic, select Manage my Account

4. For the type of account issue, select Hacked Account

5. Enter in any details you have

6. You'll be asked to log into your account here. However, as you currently do not have access to your account, you'll want to follow the link that says "Click here if you cannot sign in": http://i.imgur.com/pj05oQn.png

7. Enter in your details

8. From here, you'll be able to select a call back option.
