Battlelog is currently testing a new game launch and play technology together with Origin which will remove the necessity for installing a separate game launcher web plugin to play Battlefield on PC from the web.
How can I help?
In order to test this technology and thereby improving our services we need your participation in helping us to verify the technology and allowing us to collect certain information about your computer setup to ensure broad compatibility.
What information will be collected?
The information we will collect is testing localhost HTTP connectivity and availability of localhost ports, operating system version, Origin version, installed firewall and antivirus software. This data will be retained no longer than a year for analytics purposes only.
