hello i bout battle 4 game at walmart and i had to reformat my computer and when i try to reinstall the game it keeps telling me that its all ready active

and the game will not install back on my computer can some one please help me

Hi,

do not install by using the setup from disc. Instead do the following:

# leave the disc in the tray (do not start setup)

# download and install the latest origin client

# login to the client

# right click BF4 and choose "download"

Origin should see the disc and use if for installation. Updates will be downloaded.
