Guns won't fire Xbox one

My guns won't fire but if I'm in a tank it will or like a field gun. Its not my controller and idk how to fix it

I have the same problem only some of my guns work. When I am playing as a scout my rifle doesn't fire but my sidearm does. I really wish there was a way to fix this has I love sniping.

Do you two happen to have an Elite Controller? If so, do you have the Hair Triggers enabled? This has caused issues in BF4 with certain weapons firing. Try un-setting the hair triggers and see if your weapons function normally.
