Game missing after I reset my password

I didn't log on origin after a year or two and forgot my password (it was stored on my now dead Ipod) so I reset my password and now battlefield 4 is missing, for some reason origin also asked me for a new name when I reset my password as well

It sounds like you might be logging on to a wrong account. Perhaps you had a second account ? Are you absolutely positive you're on a right account ?

Try logging in to Origin with any other e-mail addresses you may remember having used.

@Samz40489 Probably you use the wrong Account since I can't find your battlelog profile. Make sure you logged in to the correct.
