Game disconnected: no reply from the server.

I've been playing this game for quite some time now and then 2 days ago i changed my Internet service provider to SHAW Canada and for some reason this error suddenly pop out last night "Game disconnected: no reply from the server." I've tried restarting my internet connection,router and it seems that its not helping me at all. Is there anyone out there knows how to fix this?
