GOING CRAZY PLEASE HELP!!!!

Havent played it for about 2 weeks. Figured id jump on my pc and play a few rounds. When i click to find a multiplayer game i get a Were sorry, and error has occured

Invalid licence. Reason code= Missing DLL: [XINPUT9_1_0.dll]  Error: 0x7E

I checked my Direct X its up to date. 

I even did the:  _Installer\VC\vc2012Update3\redist

Run vcredist_x86.exe and vcredist_x64.exe

Still no dice!!!

Please help as i been trying to get this right for 2 days!!!!
