Friends list problem

Hello, I got an issue. I've noticed that one of my friends shows up on the Origin friends list but not on battlelog. We tried deleting friend and readding, it gives the same result. (Yes I am sure he is online and playing BF4)

@voobster Have him check in his battlelog  settings to be sure he has not set himself invisible it is under privacy
