Final Stand Dog Tags [ Edited ]

I found the final stand dog tag and knifed it then pressed X like it told me to and I still do not have the dog tag it was the hammerhead one. I already contacted one form of your customer service and they sent me to this link for help. Please help I've been looking for days and when I finally found it, it did not work.

If you could can you please help me this is very frustrating

Hello @SEELLIOTT,

We cannot assist with this, once an item has disappeared we cannot return it. If you improperly turned off the console, or left the server before the game ended, the dog tag may have disappeared. All that can be done is to look for the tags again, unfortunately.
