How do I transfer stats from old gen to next gen on bf4

We're mixing things up a bit here :/

The Premium, dlcs, or expansions, are not transferable to the next gen console(PS4/Xbox One), what is transferable are the XP, your rank, and everything you unlocked inside the game.

The Premium, DLC's, and expansions, were transferable from old to new gen only for a limited time which was extended to 31st July 2014. From that point on players had to buy Premium and DLC's on the next gen console store unfortunately.

The title of this thread reads "How do I transfer stats from old gen to next gen on bf4" - Stats, not Premium service, or DLC's, like explained above, that is no longer transferable, I hope you can understand.

Once again we're still investigating this, what I can ask you guys to do is click the "me too" button on the top of the thread, on the first page, and write your own experience of how that happened(crash on startup, no prompt appeared, etc.), tell us the date and time of when that happened, your console, and your Battlefield 4 player name:

BF4 player name -
Next-Gen Console -
Date and time of incident -
Details of what happened(crash, no prompt, etc.) -

Remember this is only for stats, no Premium, or DLC's, or expansions, are transferable from old to new consoles at the moment, that was only for a limited time which has ended on the 31st July 2014.

Thanks for your concern Ea_Lou. I'd love to have my stats, unlocks, ranks transferred over if that's all you're able to do at this point. As I said before I didn't have premium just the China Rising DLC. It would've been nice having some of the guns carryover but whatever. I'm assuming that July 2014 date was a case by case expiration date? I know of 3 friends specifically who were able to transfer their premium membership over in the last 6 months. Thanks...

This Has happened to me also. I never even got a prompt to do any of the above. I did however have to wait about 6hrs for all my DLC to download and install only to find out I have to start from starch. I cant believe a company as big and successful as EA cant just swap it over. If it was soooooo sensitive and important to say yes to a prompt (that never occurred) then all the retail outlets that sell your games should be made aware so they can tell the customer just how important it is.

I have been waiting now for 1hr 26min and counting to be connected to EA live chat and still nothing. Tried sending an e-mail but for what ever reason it wont send.

My platform is PS4 and I would appreciate it if you could sort it out ASAP!

I would also like to add, I have just spent nearly £400 on my bundle so if you think I'm not going to play online until you guys can be arsed sort the problem out think again.

Aug 17 @ approx 8:00 pm Est. Had downloaded BF4 overnight from Xbox Store
Level 76 on Xbox360
No prompt when we logged in to it.
Showed level 0, no guns or dog tags earned.
Soo frustrating.
Clicked the "Me Too" button at the top of the post.
Did not call Customer Service or so a Support Chat since posters above tread down that road pretty heavy.

Please update us all soon when you all have info
