Ive been playing for the past 3 years, i pre-orderd, and all of my info has been completly destroyed. I was ll 100 I had ~460 dog tags, almost all of the weapons.. and it's all gone.

I found your Battlelog Profile and I am thinking you lost your stats when you switched from Xbox 360 > Xbone.  You either passed by the stat transfer screen, or were part of the unlucky that did not see the prompt due to an issue currently going on with it.  Since you have leveled up your Xbone soldier to 10, there is nothing that can be done to transfer your stats now.  Sorry!!!

If I hit the reset on "new" soldier, would that possibly be able to let me use my soldier that I've been using forever?
