Emblem that wont unlock

Hello,

This happen to me recently when i unlock a gold battlepack, i receive the Fleur-de-lis emblem and when i go to my emblem section it said that this item isnt unlock.

I call the EA support [Chat] and they told me that they wernt able to help me with this issue and its a bug that a dev have to look.

Can you please try to re-login to battlelog and check your emblem ? Also,  try to clear your browser cache or try another browser.

i just try it and nope nothing change, it looks to be in the server system that the error occured..
