Ea servers (BattleField4) down? [ Edited ]

Hello there.

I cant connect to ea servers on Battlefield 4.

I playing BattleField4 in Xobx360

What's the problem?

Could you please tell us if you have an Xbox Gold membership and the model of your router?

If you are playing on Xbox 360, please enable the following online ports on your connection:
TCP: 53, 88, 3074
UDP: 53, 88, 3074
For specific instructions on how to open your ports, please visit http://www.portforward.com/ or contact your router manufacturer.

To make sure that no corrupt data causing your issue, you should clear your cache:

1. From the dashboard, click on My Xbox.
2. Select System Settings.
3. Select Storage.
4. Highlight Hard Drive Device.
5. Press Y to select Device Options, then Clear System Cache.
6. Reboot your console.

yes.i have XboxLive gold membership.

my router model : TP-Link : WR740N 

I clear my console cahe and open the ports.

but, in MultiPlayer menu , i can Find jist 1 Server!

This server hasn,t any player and i can't connect to it.

How do I solve this problem?

I'm still having this problem regardless of re-doing my router ports.

This problem is really annoying, I haven't been able to play since Monday.
