ERROR You were disconnected from EA Online (1)

Since the last update I get this error everytime I try and join a server.

ERROR You were disconnected from EA Online

 I had zero game problems before this update.

I have (multiple times);

deleted / reinstalled punkbuster

deleted / reinstalled origin

deleted / reinstalled Battlelog

turned off firewall / turned on firewall

I can play BF3, however I can not load into test range or campaign in BF4.

I have searched for solutions including xxxo77o4906 solution;

Running Windows 7 (checked for update)

Intel i7-4770K CPU H2O cooled

8 GB ram

2X Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 running in SLI

MSI Z87-GD65 motherboard 

I've spent more time working on this than I should have to after an update.

I have this same error, but a little different circumstances. If I play a fresh install of BF4 on a Multipler or Test range map it thosw this. But if i play single player it works fine.

I Have been playing BF4 on Chrome without issue.  I have tried Firefox and Internet Explorer with the same results.

Go to: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and make a backup of "hosts" and then delete the original.

[EDIT]I might need to mention you could just rename the "hosts" file to "hosts-bkup" or something. Just don't have a file there called "hosts". [/EDIT]

Same here, "You were disconnected from EA Online " every time i try to play BF3/4. Updating PB or removing "hosts" doesnt work!

Removing "host" had no effect.  Still the same message.

Hi,
Please make sure that your Battlelog browser plugin is up to date. If it isn`t update the plugin and try once again.
If that will not help, try changing your DNS.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled Battlelog several times.  Updated the plugin each time.

Tried that, no difference.  Also flushed the DNS and unplugged the modem and router.
