EA server unavailable on Xbox 360?

Cannot connect to ea server for multiplayer gaming? Cache cleared on console, still no connection available?

Spoken to EA, have to contact IP to check all port settings are the same as those sent to me via email. This should overcome the issue. Also shows on Xbox screen that battle packs cannot be accessed.
