This is still ongoing issue with Battlelog.
I have recently spoke with EA team and it is still classified as a "work in progress" to obtain the link between battlelog and premium.
Only other info than this was to hold on and wait for the fix, with a rather patronizing, "thank you for your patience"
Please EA, fix this.

I am having this problem so no. I was told to wait for hours or days, so far its been 3 days.
I personally think they are not going to fix it.
