Instead of having me make an origin account when I start up BF4 it tells me to update mine. I try to put in the email address linked to the origin account but it says its a duplicate.

I've had the same issue but ea support left me waiting for over an hour then I just called it quits and went off and did other stuff..... I've tried with changing the email but that didnt even get the verification email at all

The only problem with this solution is the Game Advisor chat connect leaves you sitting there for hours even though it says 5 mins wait time.
Have tried different browsers etc with same result.
The support from EA is BS at best!
