Direct X error crashes game

About every 2 games or so i get the direct X error message and its slowly bothering me like it did in bf3. Hope they can fix soon. If anyone else is getting this error please reply to let EA know about it. Thankyou.

ITS NOT THE GAME,ITS YOUR BAD OC GPU-lol.increase voltage or ged down core clock
