Could not communicate with BF4

When I tried to log in BF4, it says "Error, Could not communicate with BF4.
Please use the Task Manager to close it down." But I just can't find BF4 in my
Task Manager! I have tried to closed Origin or restarted my PC, but they just didn't work at all.

Me 4.  I've been able to play only once in a while.  Sometimes it lets me.  But most of the time I can't get on at all!!! WHY?

Will you fix this.  I paid good money for this and I can't play?
