Connection to EA

I purchased this game a few days ago..... Campaign will start about once out of every 4 tries.... Every single time i try to join multiplayer it says lost connection to EA servers... I have over 5 dozen games on my PC, a T1 connection, and nothing else is giving me issues. I am not an IT guy. Make this game work in multiplayer or give me a refund. I should not have to mess with game files or do anything crazy to play a game i purchased.... Fix it or give me my money back

But let's try the following to get you back into the game. 

A wired connection is required for this.

1. Take your platform offline and disconnect it from it's power source. 
2. Restart your router.
3. After the restart, restart your platform.
4. Try to connect to a game again.
5. If this didn't solve your problem, write down these ports to forward them:
