Client vs Server hit detection.

★★★★★ Novice

Recently I started noticing that it seemed like it was taking too many hits to kill people in Battlefield, and so I thought there was a problem. Then I started getting hitmarkers on players who died without getting an assist. So I found out how to turn on the network graph overlay and found out that many times, hits would be registered on the client side but not make it to the server.

I have the high performance network update on, and it only happens in Battlefield 4, so it ISN'T my internet, router, etc.My PC is directly wired to the router. Is there any way to make this not happen so much? Or do I have to wait and hope the next patch fixes it?

Thanks.

After patch many people have this problem. Sometimes it is server and sometimes it is your internet. I can show you.

So I'm not going to lie, I'm not really that aware of what any of this means lol. I can pick up on stuff, which is why I figured out what stuff means on the network graph overlay, but can you explain a little what the difference I should be looking for is?
