Class Reset-BF4

So i was playing it earlier today and there was no problem got on it tonight and joined in on a game, and all of my weapons were stock. Went to my soilder and it says I still have all of my unlocked stuff. (Lvl 49) I dont want to restart this, no idea if china rising maps are working yet since i cant play them atm. I've Cleared my system cashe 3 times and still nothing, any help would be greatly aprricated.
