Clarification on cheating

Hi

I have a question about a player using two accounts at the same time. He uses one account to spectate a game on one screen and pc and on another pc and screen he actually playes the same match he is spectating.

I was wondering if this is legal or considered cheating? If this is not allowed what are my options of reporting said player and his clan that allow this on their server? Also as an admin running 3 servers would it be allowed for me to ban one of his accounts from all our servers to prevent him from using this?

As a server admin I'm pretty sure you can do whatever you want (at least it seems as though all the other admins do).  As a player I would support your decision to ban all of this guy's accounts if you know that he's doing this.

Or you could just disable spectator mode on your server.

If you are using it to follow around players and see where they are to kill them, that would be considered cheating and a really cheap tactic @DanTheManTKC not sure what your intentions on doing something like this would be for.
