Claimed virgo dog tag but don't have a battlepack. [ Edited ]

I did the virgo dog tag community mission and went to the Community Missions tab and it said that it was already claimed, but I never got it or a battlepack with it inside.

EDIT: Nevermind a friend helped me and I got it.
