China Rising

My code from my disc for the China Rising DLC doesn't work? It just says its incorrect, 

Please help, I'm sure nobody has used it.

Is there a time limit to use it?

Could you please tell us where you got your code from, on which platform you play and if it was a digital code or a key from a physical boxed version?
