China Rising Xbox One Problem

So I just got Xbox One and went to download China Rsing but when it gets to 99% its says, "Sorry we wont be able to install this Looks like it wasnt formatted quite right. Check the Xbox Store to see if another vesion is available. (0x87de2717)"

Anyone know what to do???

If you are not a premium player you can not play it you will have to wait till 17.12.2013. Sorry if you are a premium player then

If you get the Installation Stopped! message on the xbox one, Use the start button and select Retry Installation about 3-4 times.  It retries that last 1% not the whole download and it will finally work. at least for most people.
