Cant fin battlefield 4 open beta in my library

I cant find battlefield 4 in my library and its october 4th in australia.

Please help!!!!!

The open beta is not available yet. According to the current Battlelog notice, we will be bringing down the servers starting at 8am UTC+1 in order to begin preparations for the open beta.

I live in Australia too, I thought the beta would release at 7pm (Oct 4th) because the release date for PC is 2:00 am PDT which is 7pm in Australia. But I guess it'll have to wait tomorrow.
