Cant access premium maps

I bought premium on my first Xbox One and downloaded all the maps and stuff. Well that xbox broke and I got a new one. My account still says I have premium but when I try to re download the maps it is saying that I must pay for them again as well as pay for premium again even though I still have all the premium dog tags. Please help

You have to go to the in-game store to download them for free.

1. Load up Battlefield 4 on your Xbox One

2. Scroll down to "Store"

3. On the bottom it says "Final Stand" (just click on this, I dont know why but just do)

4. A list will Premium and all the DLC will show up and allow you to install free of charge

5. Have Fun!!!
