Can't start Phantom assignments

I have Battlefield 4 and Premium for Xbox One but when i go to leaderboards the skull to start the assignment isn't there.

What device are you on when trying to look at your leader boards. PC is what you should use.

I used pc. Would I not be able to do it if I got the game from a friends account on my xbox?

Yes because you did not purchase the game and this illegal and against DICE policies, that is you pirating the game from your friend and is banable. You will not be able to do the phantom assignments until you purchase the game for yourself.
