Hi
I am constantly receiving error 10048 every time i try to purchase a game whether i use online store or Origin client and no matter what time of payment i opt for. I've tried contacting EA via the 'chat now', and the advisor on the phone was very unhelpful, he said someone would email me with a solution and no one has, getting extremely frustrated with this as the wait times on the 'chat now' are ridiculously long!!
Please give me another option other than 'chat now', please arrange for someone to phone me or give me an email address where i can resolve this via email please.

Origin has literally just been installed, all my payment methods are valid and i can't buy anything at all?
I recently purchased a couple of games absolutely fine on 9th January, then on the 10th January when i went back to purchase more this is when the error code started '10048', i have tried several times since the 10th all with different types of payment i.e. debit card and paypal, it fails every time?
Also when i try to log in when playing Sims 3 it constantly reverts back to the log in page even though i'm entering the correct username and password? I think there mush be something very wrong with my account but i don't understand how it can be fine one day and then completely wrong the next?
The option for 'call back' does not appear on my screen when i go into EA Help?
