1 month after launch i still played only one round. Level 1 noob
Black screen in game when joining the server
I've already tried to reinstall the service of punkbuster.
All services are running, all tests are ok.
Keep getting this message:
ERROR
Game disconnected: client closed down connection.
I just can enter in empty servers.
A while ago i've used a VPN to connect, load the map and initiate the game.
But the ping was 900ms.
Already tried to open some UPD and TCP ports in my router.
I have DMZ enabled for my ip and UnPN either.
If you are playing on PC, please enable the following online ports on your connection:
TCP: 80, 443, 9988, 20000-20100, 22990, 17502, 42127
UDP: 3659, 14000-14016, 22990-23006, 25200-25300
Already,
- reinstalled the battlelog plugin.
- reinstalled origin.
- redownloaded the game
- Tried with many different browsers.
- Updated the IE to v10.0
- Set bf4.exe and origin.exe to open as administrator.
- updated drivers
- tried beta drivers
The only solution i've found is too connect trough a VPN, when the error is displayed, you disconnect the vpn, and use the button in the bottom of the page "Reconnect"
I was able to play only once with this real workaround.
